The short answer: Israel has two kinds of venture studios. Software and AI builders such as Team8, IAIG, AnD Studio, F2's Operator Platform and Velo Labs work with founders from the idea to the seed round, and differ mainly in whether they form the team themselves or build with founders who already have one. Deep tech and life-science builders such as NetZero Tech Ventures, UnBox Ventures, FutuRx, Incentive and Trendlines turn research into companies, often through Israel Innovation Authority incubator programs. Few studios publish their terms. AnD Studio is the clearest: up to $200,000 on an uncapped SAFE plus 5% equity.

We checked each studio on its official page or an official announcement on October 30, 2026, and quote terms only where they are published. Velo Labs, our own studio, is on this list, and we say so in its entry. The order is by type and implies no ranking. Spotted a change? Let us know.

Three questions before you approach a studio

  • Do you already have a team?Team8 and IAIG form the team around an idea they chose. AnD Studio and Velo build with founders who already have one. University studios start from research in their labs.
  • What do you need most right now?Capital, a co-founder, customers, or help with the company and the round. A studio built for your bottleneck is worth more than a bigger name. Our comparison of studios, accelerators and VCs goes deeper.
  • What does it cost in equity?Ask for the full terms before the work starts: the stake, how it vests, and any rights in the next round. Our guide to equity for advisors, studios and accelerators lists the ranges.

Company builders for software and AI

1. Team8

The best-known venture-creation model in Israel. Team8 researches an enterprise problem, recruits the founding team through its Entrepreneurs in Residence track and becomes a co-founder at launch, financing the seed round. Companies it founded include Sygnia and Claroty. Its domains are enterprise software, cyber, data, AI, fintech and digital health. Founders who already have a company can approach Team8 Capital, the separate investment arm, which describes a typical first check of $3 million to $8 million. Source.

2. Inevitable AI Group (IAIG)

A Tel Aviv studio founded in January 2026 that picks proven SaaS categories and builds AI-native competitors to them, running several ventures in parallel with a venture CEO at the head of each. The studio itself raised a $6 million pre-seed led by Aleph and reported five ventures launched by August 2026. Operators apply as a venture CEO through an open application, and IAIG says the CEO gets real equity, with the structure set per venture. Source.

3. AnD Studio (AnD Ventures)

An investment studio that takes one company at a time, with no cohort and no end date, and gives office space, market validation and product development support. It publishes its terms: up to $200,000 on an uncapped SAFE plus 5% co-founder equity for the studio, decided in a 30-day process. The sister AnD Ventures fund can invest later. Founders apply online, and the portfolio spans cyber, AI, computer vision and more. Source.

4. F2 Operator Platform (formerly The Junction)

F2 Venture Capital, formerly Genesis Partners, runs the successor to The Junction, the program Genesis founded in 2011. F2 describes it as fast-track pre-seed and seed funding with hands-on work on the team, the roadmap, customer introductions and the next round, plus access to senior executive advisers. Its focus is enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, data and applied AI. Check sizes are not published, and founders reach F2 through its team. Source.

5. Velo Labs Venture Studio

This is us, so read it with that in mind. Velo works with first-time and repeat founders of pre-seed and seed vertical SaaS and AI-native companies. Cohort 01 takes up to ten teams, chosen after a month of joint work, followed by three months of weekly hands-on building on customers, go-to-market, hiring and investment readiness, and a Demo Day milestone where the companies that are ready meet investors selected for their stage and sector. Velo brings 70+ personal relationships with VC funds, angel investors and family offices. The partnership is equity-based, with terms agreed with each company, and we are building Velo Fund 0 to invest in selected companies we build with. We do not promise a round. About the studio.

Deep tech, climate and life-science builders

6. NetZero Tech Ventures

An incubator and venture builder for climate and energy deep tech, founded in 2021 and working with the Israel Innovation Authority. It invests in pre-prototype startups led by founders, and also forms companies around hard science from academic labs. CTech names TotalEnergies, Eren Group and the Innovation Authority among its backers. Terms for founders are not published. Source.

7. UnBox Ventures (Bar-Ilan University and Mivtach Shamir)

A venture-creation studio of Bar-Ilan University and Mivtach Shamir that turns research into startups, starting from "a problem worth solving". Researchers and co-founders keep majority holdings and get IP waivers and pre-seed funding, and Globes reported a NIS 30 million vehicle in January 2024. Its sectors are deep tech: biotech, health, microelectronics, photonics, AI, materials and agri-food. The pipeline runs through programs for Bar-Ilan PhDs and postdocs. Source.

8. FutuRx

An Innovation Authority biopharma incubator that builds early drug ventures from science, with J&J Innovation, Takeda Ventures, OrbiMed Israel and Leaps by Bayer as partners. It publishes $3 million of seed funding per company, a three-year incubation and 1,200 square meters of labs. How companies are selected is not published. Source.

9. Incentive Incubator (Peregrine Ventures)

A healthcare incubator operating since 2002 and fully owned by Peregrine Ventures, which won an Innovation Authority incubator franchise again in 2022. It gives seed investment and management support in medical devices, pharma, biotech and digital health. As in every Innovation Authority incubator, the Authority funds up to 85% of the approved budget as a grant. Company-level terms are not published. Source.

10. Trendlines Group

A publicly listed investment group and incubator, traded in Singapore and over the counter in the US, that invests capital and expertise to take medtech and agrifood ventures "from seed to market". It operates in Israel and Singapore. Terms for founders are not published. Source.

How to choose

If you have an enterprise problem in mind but no team, Team8's model is built for that, and IAIG suits an operator who wants to run an AI-native company it has already scoped. If you have a team and an early product in software or AI, look at AnD Studio, F2 and Velo, and compare how much time each one spends inside the company and which investors it brings to the table. If your company comes out of a lab, or works in climate, biopharma or medical devices, start with the deep tech builders and the Innovation Authority incubator program. Whatever you choose, read the terms in full and ask founders the studio worked with what they got beyond the money.
