How we work

  • Honest about readiness. Some of our most useful conversations end with not yet, and what to build first.
  • The founder leads. At pre-seed and seed, founders lead every investor conversation. We work on preparation, the map and the process.
  • Introductions only where they are real.We introduce founders only where there is a genuine relationship and a genuine fit.
  • No promised outcomes. No one can guarantee a round, and we do not.
  • Open knowledge. We publish what we learn in our guides to fundraising in Israel, in English and Hebrew.

What founders say

Haim brought structure to our process and sharpened our go-to-market focus.

Haim helped me sharpen my focus and see the venture through an investor's lens. He brings experience, clear thinking, and real value to founders.

Haim enters a complex situation, understands the people and business quickly, reframes the real problem, connects dots others missed, and creates movement.
